Ban Ekkanat, Traditional Archtecture Conservative Award


Bann-Ekkanart was built in 1919, during the era of King Rama VI. It is a 2-storey Thai traditional house. The architectural style is a combination of Thai and Western Style. Ban Ekkanak and the surrounding area were renovated by Art and Cultural Centre of Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University. Ban Ekkanak becomes Thai heritage treasury. It was awarded the Excellent Architecture Conservation from The Association of Siamese Architects under the Royal Patronage in 2012 and accepted the award from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
