ประชุมชี้แจงแนวทางการดำเนินงานสอบสัมภาษณ์ รอบที่ 2 Quota ครั้งที่ 1 ระดับปริญญาตรี ภาคปกติ ปีการศึกษา 2567

สำนักส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยา จัดประชุมชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการดำเนินงานสอบสัมภาษณ์ สำหรับคณะกรรมการสอบสัมภาษณ์ รอบที่ 2 Quota ครั้งที่ 1 ระดับปริญญาตรี ภาคปกติ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2567 (TCAS67) ที่จะดำเนินการคัดเลือกในวันเสาร์ที่ 30 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2567 โดย ผศ.ณัฏฐ์ธมน หีบจันทร์กรี รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน และนางสาวกิรณา ถนอมสิทธิ์ นักวิชาการศึกษา ชี้แจงแนวทางการดำเนินงานสอบสัมภาษณ์ มีประเด็นที่สำคัญ ดังนี้

1. รายงานสถิติการรับนักศึกษาใหม่ รอบที่ 1 Portfolio และประเภทบริการวิชาการ
2. รายงานจำนวนผู้มีสิทธิ์สอบสัมภาษณ์ รอบที่ 2 Quota ครั้งที่ 1
3. ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าศึกษา ในการสอบสัมภาษณ์มีรูปแบบ ดังนี้
   1. สอบสัมภาษณ์แบบ Face-to-Face ผู้สมัครต้องมาสอบสัมภาษณ์ที่มหาวิทยาลัย
   2. สอบสัมภาษณ์ประเภท Video Call โดยใช้แอปพลิเคชันตามที่สาขาวิชากำหนด
   3. สอบสัมภาษณ์ผ่าน ช่องทาง Voice Call
4. การใช้งานระบบรายงานผลการคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าศึกษาสำหรับกรรมการสอบคัดเลือก

พร้อมทั้งตอบข้อซักถามเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานสอบสัมภาษณ์ เมื่อวันพุธที่ 27 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ประชุมรูปแบบออนไลน์ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน Zoom Meeting

Meeting to explain guidelines for conducting the 1st interview examination of the 2nd round: Quota for full-time education of the Undergraduate, Academic year 2024 (TCAS67)

The Office of Academic Affairs and Registration, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University held an online meeting via Zoom on 27th March 2024, to explain to the committee about the guidelines for conducting the 1st interview examination of the 2nd round: Quota for full-time education of the Undergraduate, Academic year 2024 (TCAS67) that will be held on Saturday, 30th March 2024.

Asst. Prof. Natthamol Heebjankri, the Assistant Director Office of Academic Affairs and Registration and Miss Kirana Thanomsit, an Educator gave an explanation with the following important points:

1. Statistics report on the student admissions of the 1st round: Portfolio and Academic Service round
2. The total number of qualified applicants of the 1st interview examination of the 2nd round: Quota
3. The process of selecting applicants for admission through the 3 formats of interview examination:
   1. Face-to-Face—the applicants must attend an interview at the university
   2. Video Call—Use application as specified by each study field
   3. Voice Call—Use application as specified by each study field
4. The use of a results reporting system for the committee and answered the questions about the conducting interviews.
